A. Accept a Second Call
|
This function allows the user to answer another call while still on the line with the original call.

|
Just pickup the handset, or hit the Access 1 key to answer incoming calls.

C. Callback / Watchdog (part of the enhanced package)
|
Be alerted when a busy on-campus line becomes available. When called extension is available, the system will ring your extension (eight seconds of fast ringing).

Specific Instructions
To enter the InfoMail Voice Mail System from your campus telephone:
- Internal Number: 46245
- Enter PASSWORD (password number is the same as extension number until changed by user).
- Enter MAILBOX NUMBER (mailbox number is the same as extension number) then press #.
To enter the InfoMail Voice Mail System from any other digital telephone on campus:
- Internal Number: 46245
- Enter PASSWORD (password number is the same as extension number until changed by user).
- Enter MAILBOX NUMBER (mailbox number is the same as extension number) then press #.
To enter the InfoMail Voice Mail System from outside the campus system:
- External Number: 744-6245
- From a touch-tone telephone only:
- EnterPASSWORD (password number is the same as extension number until changed by user).
- MAILBOX NUMBER (mailbox number is the same as extension number) then press #. Note: Any time you make a mistake entering digits, you may press the * key to cancel your last entry (i.e. entry of wrong Password).

V. Volume Control

Adjust the speaker volume during calls by pressing the – and + keys.
